The news about Antonio Brown rape case is everywhere now. Britney Taylor has accused him of sexually assaulting her on 3 occasions.
Tuesday morning is a day Antonio Brown will never forget so easily as a woman accused him of sexually abusing her on 3 occasions in 2017 and 2018.
The lady who claimed that Antonio Brown forcefully kissed and also raped her in 2018 made this known in the complaint, filed in the Southern District of Florida.
Britney Taylor claims that Antonio Brown kissed and masturbated against her will while she helped him prepare for one NFL season.
According to Brown’s lawyer, Darren Heitner, he recently said in a statement via Twitter that his client had a “consensual personal relationship” with Taylor but denied raping or sexually assaulting her.
“Mr. Brown denies each and every allegation in the lawsuit,” Heitner wrote in the statement. “He will pursue all legal remedies to not only clear his name, but to also protect other professional athletes against false allegations.”
The Patriots, however, released a statement last night saying that NFL will properly investigate this rape case.
Britney Taylor said that it was incredibly difficult for her to go public with the rape case.
Taylor released a statement through her attorney which say that;
“I will cooperate with the NFL and any other agencies,” she said in the statement. “However, at this time, I respectfully request that the media please respect my privacy.”
Britney Taylor claimed that she has known Brown for a long time before she was sexually abused by him in 2017 and 2018.
In June 2017, the lawsuit says, she was staying at his home for a session and in a bathroom when Brown walked in, exposed. He then “grabbed and kissed her without her consent,” the lawsuit says, before she “pushed him away and immediately left the room.”
Brown is currently discussing the next step with Heitner and his legal team.
Heitner said Brown will leave no stone unturned in defending himself.
