Refund
/ Return Policy
Aziz
Salon prides itself on exceptional services and quality
customer care. If for some reason you as a client have a
complaint or are not satisfied with a service, Aziz Salon's
corporate and client policies will help you.
If
you have a service completed and are not satisfied please
notify the check out Front Desk coordinator and fill out
a client complaint form immediately. A manager will come
speak to you if available. If not available at that time,
he/she will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about
your complaint.
If
a service has been provided, payment will be expected in
full at that time. Aziz will only allow 3 days after a unsatisfactory
service for a client to call back to talk to the General
Manager about a service if not satisfied in order to hear
the complaint and come to a resolution.
Aziz
Salon will only issue store credit or like gift certificate
amount for any services/products Aziz Salon feels is deserving
of a refund. Aziz Salon reserves the right to enforce corporate
policies and make the decision of whether a refund or GC
should be issued due to unsatisfactory service.
Hair
Department Services:
For
hair services, Aziz Salon does require the client to come
in (within 3 days) so the Hair Department manager and General
Manager can see the hair physically. As a company we require
to see the hair condition ourselves. We will not make a
Re-Do scheduled appointment or commitment to any compensation
simply over the phone. If Aziz Salon does agree an unsatisfactory
service has been performed, Aziz Salon will offer a Re-Do
with the same Stylist. If this is not possible, the Hair
Department Manager (Senior Master Stylist) or another licensed
Stylist will re-do the service at no cost to the client.
The original service will not be refunded since we are Re-Doing
the original service. If you as a client do not show up
for the scheduled Re-Do service, Aziz Salon will assume
you are happy with the original service and have a high
satisfaction level. Aziz Salon policy is to Re-Do the hair
service because we take pride in our reputation and want
to prove we can make mistakes but also correct them to your
(paid client) satisfaction.
Aziz
Salon will only give store credit for any refunds that would
be justified or approved by corporate policies. Aziz Salon
does not give cash, check or credit card refunds for any
reason for any services. We will fix the complaint to the
clients and Aziz Salon satisfaction. Aziz Salon will always
make a good faith effort to make sure you, as a client are
happy and satisfied under reasonable circumstances.
Skin,
Nail and Massage Services:
Aziz
Salon does require the client to come in so we as a company
can talk to you in person to see the condition of the complaint
ourselves. We will not make commitments or refunds simply
over the phone.
If
Aziz Salon does agree and decides an unsatisfactory service
has been performed, Aziz Salon will offer a gift certificate
or same service to show good faith at no cost. The original
service will not be refunded. Aziz Salon will not give cash,
check or credit card refunds for any reason for any services.
We will fix the complaint to the clients and Aziz Salon
satisfaction. The original complaint holder must use any
refund GC. It cannot be redeemed by a friend or gifted to
anyone else.
Refund
Gift Certificates are good for 90 days from date of issue.
Product
returns:
Aziz
will refund unopened or unused product returns in the form
of a store credit only. non-Aziz Salon products may be retuned
if the seal and bottle have not been broken, opened or used.
No exceptions, this is the non-Aziz Salon manufacturer's
policies. If you have an allergic reaction to a non-Aziz
Salon product that you used, purchased at either of the
Aziz Salon locations and would like to return the product,
you must fill out a form (can get from Front Desk Coordinator)
and send the form & product to the manufacturer for a refund
or replacement. Aziz Salon will not replace products for
this condition due to manufacturer's policies of hair and
skin care companies.
All
Aziz Salon product line, Skin Wellness Products are refundable
after being opened and used for only 30 days and must be
¾ full. A store credit will be processed for Aziz Salon
returned and opened products. No cash, check or credit cards
will be issued for product returns.
If
unopened and unused, Aziz Salon products can be returned
for a full refund in the form of a check mailed to your
home or office within 2 weeks, full refund, minus any promotions,
cash discounts or coupons that were used with the original
purchase. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued
on any of the Aziz Salon products.
Gift
Certificates: (GC)
GC
do expire within one year of date of purchase. No exceptions
ever.
GC purchased is non-refundable after purchase. No exceptions
ever.
GC
can be used for products or services or salon gifts and
at all Aziz Salon locations.
GC can be used for a dollar amount for the treatment indicated
on the GC.
GC can be gifted to another person if wanted, and then the
GC will be used and zeroed out.
The physical GC must be presented when checking into Aziz
Salon at time of service.
GC will not be used if not physically given to the check
in coordinator; you must use some other form of payment
if you do not have the GC with you. You can use it the next
time you come in.
Cancellation
Policy:
24
hours in advance of a scheduled appointment under 2 hours
in length. 48 hours required for multiple services, packages,
2-hour service or longer and large parties.
Aziz
Salon does not require our clients to pay in advance to
schedule appointments. The exception to this policy is for
appointments with multiple services, packages or services
that take two hours or longer. We will ask for a credit
card before we confirm and schedule the appointments for
you. Your credit card will not be charged until the day
of the services. Large parties will have an automatic gratuity
added to the credit card. This will be explained when booking
large parties (5 or more) with the large party coordinator.
Client
No-Show for schedule appointment:
We understand that everyone occasionally has an emergency
or something prevents them from coming to their scheduled
appointment. Please call whenever possible. The first no-show
is on the house, the second no-show, you will be reminded
of our 24 hour cancellation policy, and a credit card will
be required to book again. If you do a third no-show, your
credit card will be charged the full amount with gratuity
without reversal options.
