Arrival
We invite you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving our salon and day spa to secure a preferred appointment.
Reservations
We encourage advanced reservations on all appointments but walk-in guests are welcome. There is no appointment guarantee for late arrival, and if service is provided, it will end at the scheduled time with full treatment price charged. We will ask for a major credit card to reserve all appointments. Nothing will be charged to your account unless you fail to cancel/reschedule within appropriate amount of time.
Age Requirements
Aziz Salon and Day Spa guest must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under the age of 18 are welcome but may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment of a parent or adult guardian. Please contact us for more information.
Cancelations
When a cancellation or date change is necessary, we request a minimum of 24 hour notice for any single service. A 48 hour notice is required for any multiple services or spa package cancellation. Failure to show for an appointment will result in charges due in full services scheduled. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in charges of 50% of services booked.
Gift Certificates
Aziz Salon and Day Spa gift certificates are perfect for anyone, any season or any reason. Gift Certificates are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. All Gift Certificates expire one year after date of issue and cannot be replaced if lost or
stolen.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We reserve the right to determine and modify accommodations for unsatisfactory service or retail purchase to ensure that our service standards and quality are met.
Products
Any return/exchange must be within 30 days and must be unopened or unused. Any products that are damaged or inoperable, may be returned, within 10 days.
Services
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 10 days of that service. We would like every opportunity to meet, and exceed your expectations; as we do value you as a guest of AZIZ Salon and Day Spa.
