Cancellations

On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at the Aziz Salon and Day Spa's reception desk at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled services. We require 48 hours notice if you must change or cancel your spa reservation. If less than 24 hours notice is given, 100% of the price of your service will be forfeited.
